Please note: During Public Holidays our team will be working reduced hours, so orders and replies may take a longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Please note that orders are shipped only on business days, which are Monday to Saturday, excluding national or public holidays in the UAE.

 Shipping within the United Arab Emirates

  • Free shipping on all orders over 500AED
  • Delivery within next working day (order by 1pm)
  • Premium Paid Delivery within 4 hours is available for orders placed before 1pm on business days

 Shipping within the GCC (Inclusive of any duty/taxes)

  • Shipping costs AED 130 on all orders. Orders weighing over 0.5kg may incur additional shipping charges. If any extra charges apply, we will contact you via email or phone before dispatch.
  • Delivery within 3-5 working days

 International Shipping (Exclusive of any duty/taxes)

  • Delivery within 3-5 working days dependent on local courier services
  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day (Monday-Saturday).

During high-volume periods such as national holidays, public holidays, promotions, and sales events, deliveries may be subject to slight delays.

We make every effort to ensure your items are delivered within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all items are subject to availability.

LFC RETAIL UAE cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.

 If you receive the goods damaged, please contact storeinfo@liverpoolfc.ae within 48 hours of the delivery. For any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items, please notify us within 7 days and returned within 14 days. 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
