Returns and Exchange

  • We want you to shop with confidence. If you experience any issues or are unhappy with your purchase, we'll do our best to help resolve them.

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To start the process, simply complete our online returns form within 7 days of receiving your item, and our team will assist you further.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
    • UAE returns: AED 35
    • International returns: AED 130
  • If you're requesting an exchange, you'll be charged for both the return shipping and the delivery cost of the replacement item.
  • Please note that online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Return Conditions

  • Refunds and exchanges can only be processed with valid proof of purchase. Store credit is not available.
  • All original swing tags must be attached and returned with the item. Sale items may be returned, provided they are accompanied by valid proof of purchase and are returned in a resalable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged:
    • Confectionery and food products
    • Personalised jerseys (including player names, personalised names, numbers and/or patches)
    • Personalised souvenirs, including keyrings, mugs and picture frames

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number or sales ID and include a photo clearly showing the issue. We'll review your request and advise on the next steps.

Personalised Jerseys

  • Please note the following conditions apply to customised Liverpool FC jerseys: 
    • Jerseys personalised with a custom name cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty or damaged.
    • Jerseys personalised with a player name cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty or damaged.
    • Jerseys customised with patches cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty or damaged.
    • Squad numbers are correct at the time of publication. We cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent changes to squad numbers or player transfers.
    • The kit builder visualisation is provided as a guide only and may not exactly represent the final placement or appearance of the name and number on the shirt.
