1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 What they cover: These terms explain how we sell and deliver products to you.
1.2 Why read them: Please read before placing your order. They tell you who we are, how we deliver your products, your rights, and what to do if something goes wrong.
2. WHO WE ARE & HOW TO CONTACT US

2.2 How to contact us:

We aim to reply within two working days. Please include your LFC Order Number if you have one.
2.3 How we contact you: By email, using the address you gave us.
2.4 “Writing” includes emails.
3. YOUR ORDER & OUR CONTRACT
3.1 When the contract starts: Once we email you confirming your order, the contract begins.
3.2 If we can’t fulfil your order: We’ll inform you and refund any payment if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or cannot be delivered.
3.3 Your order number: You’ll receive an order number when checking out – please quote this in any communication.
3.4 International orders: We only ship to countries listed on our website.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
4.1 Images: Photos are for illustration only. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device.
4.2 Packaging: May differ from what’s shown online.
4.3 Squad numbers & kits: Player numbers and designs may change. We cannot refund or exchange items due to transfers, number changes, or minor design differences.
5. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll confirm if the change is possible and advise on any price or delivery impact.
6. OUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
We may make minor updates to products or packaging to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery costs: As shown at checkout. Customs or import duties may apply in your country.
7.2 Delivery times: As listed on our delivery page.
7.3 Delays: If delays occur beyond our control, we’ll let you know. You can cancel for a refund if the delay is significant.
7.4 If you’re not home: We’ll leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
7.5 If you don’t collect/re-arrange: We may charge storage or re-delivery fees.
7.6 When you own it: You’re responsible for the product once delivered.
7.7 When you own it legally: Once full payment is received.
7.8 We may suspend supply: To make updates or changes.
7.9 If we suspend supply: We’ll inform you in advance and refund any overpayments.
7.10 Store orders: Orders placed in physical stores follow store terms.
7.11 Exchanges: In-store exchanges only – no online refund processing. Personalised items are non-returnable.
8. YOUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
8.1 You can end the contract if:

We change the product or price and you don’t agree.

Delivery is significantly delayed.

You change your mind (within 30 days – see below).

8.2 Change of mind (cooling-off):
You can return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Exceptions:

Opened hygiene items.

Customised or personalised products (e.g., player name shirts).

8.3 Personalised products:
Refunds only if the item is faulty or damaged. We’re not responsible for changes in player transfers, squad numbers, or third-party logos.
8.4 In-store orders for delivery:

Postal returns not accepted.

Faulty/damaged items must be reported to customer service (see receipt).

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
9.1 How to tell us: Email storeinfo@liverpoolfc.ae with your name, order number, address, and contact details.
9.2 Returning items: Return products within 30 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
9.3 We pay return costs if:

The item is faulty, misdescribed, or delayed due to our fault.
Otherwise, you cover return costs.

9.4 Refund method: We’ll refund you via your original payment method.
9.5 Deductions:

We may reduce refunds for items handled beyond what’s acceptable in a store.

Delivery refunds are limited to the standard shipping cost.
9.6 When you’ll get your refund: Within 30 days of us receiving the item or proof of return.

10. OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
We may end the contract if you fail to take delivery or collect your order.
If a product is withdrawn, we’ll inform you and refund any payment made.
11. IF THERE’S A PROBLEM
11.1 Tell us: Email storeinfo@liverpoolfc.ae or visit a store.
11.2 Your rights: We must supply products that match their description and quality.
11.3 Faulty returns: Return faulty products – we’ll cover postage.
12. PRICE & PAYMENT
12.1 Prices: Shown at checkout and may vary depending on shipping destination. UAE prices include VAT. International orders exclude overseas VAT/duties.
12.2 Exchange rates: Set at the start of each football season.
12.3 If we get the price wrong: We’ll contact you. If the correct price is higher, you can choose to cancel or proceed.
12.4 Payments: Accepted via Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Maestro. Charged at checkout.
12.5 Invoice issues: Contact us if you believe your invoice is incorrect.
13. OUR LIABILITY
13.1 We’re responsible for foreseeable losses only.
13.2 No business use: Products are for personal use only.
13.3 We don’t exclude liability for: Death, injury, fraud, or any loss we legally can’t exclude.
14. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

15. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
