All orders are dispatched by the next working day by our courier service. Please note that framed items may take upto 7-10 working days to be dispatched. If you are placing an order with a shipping address that is outside of the UAE, you may be charged customs and import duty depending on the product purchased and the destination country.
Liverpool FC cannot be responsible for any charged customs or import duties and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Because policies and charges vary by country and can change regularly, Liverpool FC cannot provide any indication of these charges.

We make every effort to ensure your items are delivered within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all items are subject to availability. If you receive the goods damaged, please contact storeinfo@liverpoolfc.ae or phone us on +9714 512 5749 within 48 hours of the delivery. For any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items, please notify us within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.
