SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched by the next working day by our courier service. Please note that framed items may take upto 7-10 working days to be dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification from our courier service to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping within the GCC (Inclusive of any duty/taxes)

• Free shipping on all orders over 300AED
• Next day delivery for orders within the UAE placed before 12pm, excluding weekends
• Orders outside the UAE will be delivered within 3 working days

 International Shipping (Exclusive of any duty/taxes)

• Delivery within 7-10 working days dependent on local courier services
• Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

We make every effort to ensure your items are delivered within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all items are subject to availability.

LFC Retail UAE cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.

If you receive the goods damaged, please contact info@lfcretailuae.ae or phone us on +9714 512 5749 within 48 hours of the delivery. For any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items, please notify us within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
