SHIPPING


All orders are dispatched by the next working day by our courier service. Please note that framed items may take upto 7-10 working days to be dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification from our courier service to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping within the GCC (Exclusive of any duty/taxes)

  • Free shipping on all orders over 300AED
  • Next day delivery for orders within the UAE placed before 4pm.
  • Orders outside the UAE will be delivered within 3 working days

 International Shipping (Exclusive of any duty/taxes)

  • Delivery within 7-10 working days dependent on local courier services
  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

CUSTOMS & TAXES
If you are placing an order with a shipping address that is outside of the UAE, you may be charged customs and import duty depending on the product purchased and the destination country.


Liverpool FC cannot be responsible for any charged customs or import duties and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Because policies and charges vary by country and can change regularly, Liverpool FC cannot provide any indication of these charges.

If you have specific customs questions, including how much the charges may be, we recommend you contact your local customs and excise ministry or department before placing your order.

DELIVERY


LFC Retail UAE is proud of its products and confident that you will be impressed with your purchase. Every item we sell is of the highest standard and authenticity, and we take every care to ensure our goods are packaged and shipped safely.

We make every effort to ensure your items are delivered within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all items are subject to availability.

LFC Store - Middle East cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.

 

If you receive the goods damaged, please contact storeinfo@liverpoolfc.ae or phone us on +9714 512 5749 within 48 hours of the delivery. For any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items, please notify us within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
