General Delivery Conditions

 

·        Orders placed outside business hours or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·        Delivery timelines are estimates, and while we strive for punctuality, time shall not be considered of the essence.

·        Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you up to 3 times to arrange a delivery slot.

·        If delivery fails after 3 attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

·        It is your responsibility to be available at the agreed delivery time.

 

 Tracking Your Order 

Once dispatched, you'll receive a notification with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status via the courier’s website. 

 Changing Your Delivery Address or Date 

To change your delivery date or address, please contact our Customer Support Team before dispatch. Changes cannot be made once an order is shipped. We are unable to deliver to addresses outside the original delivery country. 

 International Orders & Customs Duties 

If you are placing an order for delivery outside the UAE, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees depending on the destination country and the nature of the products ordered.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. As customs policies and import regulations vary widely by country and are subject to change — Liverpool FC Store- Middle East cannot estimate or control these additional costs, nor can we accept responsibility for them. 

Important: Any customs charges, duties, or import taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed by local customs authorities.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident about shopping with us. If you have a problem or are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve it for you.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days from purchase of your order to request a refund. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

 Refunds or exchanges can only be processed with a valid proof of purchase. Store credit is unavailable at this time. 

Please ensure that all product swing tags are attached and included when returning items.

Please note that the following product categories are excluded from our retail policy: Confectionary & Food; *Personalised jerseys (name, number and/or patches) and personalised souvenirs (keyrings, mugs, picture frames.)

Sale items can be returned with an itemised proof of purchase, provided they are done so in a resalable condition.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect then please contact us with your order number and/or sales ID, and attach a photo showing the issue, and we can then advise on how we can resolve this for you.

Customised player/personalised Liverpool jerseys can only be refunded if the item is damaged/faulty. 

1.         Customised LFC jerseys with personalised names cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our returns policy.

2.        Customised LFC jerseys with player names cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our returns policy.

3.        Customised LFC jerseys with patches cannot be refunded or exchanged and are not covered by our returns policy.

4.       Squad numbers are correct at time of publishing: We hold no responsibility for subsequent changes to squad numbers or if a player is transferred.
